Prosecution presents strong opening evidence against former Prec. 1 JP

The long -awaited trial of Eric Lyle Williams is finally here. It ironically takes place in the beautiful new Rockwall Courthouse 141 years after Rockwall County was created after separating from Kaufman County. Though Dallas District Judge Mike Spines presidesover the proceedings,  there were a lot of familiar faces in the courtroom as many of the court staff, bailiffs and deputies made the trek north to do their job in Rockwall.
