Settlement announced in suit alleging damage to county roads

KAUFMAN, TX— Kaufman County has reached a settlement agreement in a civil case involving OneOK Sterling III Pipeline, L.L.C., Hartford Casualty Insurance Company, & Holloman Holdings Corporation. The case involves road damage to multiple county roads within Precinct 3. Specifically, county roads 322, 331, 347, and 348 were involved in the case.

All funds received under the settlement agreement will be used to repair actual damages to the roads at issue under the lawsuit.
