Council tables Wynne Jackson development

On Tuesday night, City Manager James Fisher led a discussion concerning the proposed Wynne Jackson development, which will be located on the Whaley Tract. The Whaley Tract includes approximately 300 acres and is located on FM 548, across from the Greyhawk subdivision.

Fisher told the City Council and the audience that the proposed development agreement will require a petition of annexation once the developer purchases he property from the Whaley Estate, the developer will be required to petition for release from the Markout Water Supply Corporation, CCN.
