Forney EDC to offer new downtown redevelopment incentive

 FORNEY, TX—The Forney Economic Development Corporation is proud to announce the addition of a new incentive program for the Historic Downtown Forney area. The Redevelopment Incentive Program is a new grant for current and prospective downtown business owners to assist in the redevelopment of property from one use to another. The grant provides a 50/50 matching reimbursement of up to $25,000 to be used on interior and exterior renovation of properties.
