Frisco Wakeland knocks FHS from volleyball playoffs

SACHSE—On Thursday, November 3, the stateranked Frisco Wakeland Lady Wolverines defeated the state-ranked Forney Lady Rabbits in straight sets by a count of 25-12, 25- 16, and 25-19. With the win, Frisco Wakeland improves to 36-5 overall on the season while Forney sees their fantastic 2016 season end at 33-7. It should be noted that the 33 victories this season for the Lady Rabbits is a school record. The Lady Rabbits had all of this success under the very capable direction of first year head coach Richard Haynes.
