Frisco High School knocks Forney out of baseball playoffs

McKINNEY—The Frisco High School baseball team knocked Forney High School out of the baseball playoffs by sweeping their best-of-3 Area round series. The results of the games in the series are as follows. Game 1: Frisco 5, Forney 4 Game 2: Frisco 4, Forney 1 With these results, Frisco, the District 9-5A champion, improves to 23-4 overall on the season. Forney, who finished 2nd in District 12- 5A, sees their strong season come to an end with a final record of 15-12.
