State-ranked Hallsville knocks North Forney out of playoffs

 LINDALE and GRAND SALINE (May 20 and May 22 2015)—For the 2nd year in a row, state-ranked Hallsville knocked North Forney out of the softball playoffs in the Regional Semi Final Round. The results of the games in the series are as follows. Game 1: Hallsville 9, North Forney 4 Game 2: Hallsville 4, North Forney 2 With the victories, Hallsville, who is currently ranked #2 in the state by the Texas Girls Coaches Association, improves to 34-1 overall on the season. North Forney sees its excellent season end at 25-5. Hallsville will move on to  play Lovejoy High School in the Regional Finals
