Memphis revisited
The new year brings a trip to my office in Nashville, Tennessee. And that is where I am this week. For quite some time I have had the dates of January 7 and 8 on my calendar to meet with my co-workers. However, as the date drew closer, so did the possibility of really bad weather. So Lori and I decided to leave a day earlier than we intended to try to get ahead of the ice and snow that was predicted. On the way, we attended church in Memphis, intending to revisit a congregation I had worshipped with about 30 years ago. I had a wreck I wrote about some time ago in Memphis on the Missipppi River bridge.
