Michael E. Hardman

On November 19, 2014, Heaven welcomed five new angels: Michael Hardman, Trudi Hardman, Dakota Watson, Adam Hardman and Kaci Hardman. Our family is heartbroken and we take comfort in knowing that they are together in Heaven until we are all reunited. A celebration of their lives will be at 12:00pm, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Lakeshore Church, 5575 Hwy 205, Rockwall, TX, 75032 with the families receiving friends beginning at 10:00am. The interment will be held at a later time and will be private. Michael E. Hardman was born Sept. 16, 1972 in Terrell, Texas to Larry and Denise Hardman. To be able to describe Michael, a person would have to use the words generous and caring. He loved all people but he especially loved children. His other love in life was baseball and Michael used baseball as a ministry to any youth that he was privileged to coach. He had an extraordinary passion for his family as well as baseball and Michael found that many life lessons were echoed by how his favorite sport was played. He was a leader and a father-figure to many who knew him and his dedication to helping others see their own potential was a gift he willingly shared. His encouragements to many of his students and players will be remembered by all whose lives he touched. After working for Pepsi Co. for 13 years, Michael became a teacher so that his ability to inspire students would continue to be a positive and lasting impact on their lives. He taught in the Wills Point and Terrell ISD where he made an incredible impact in the faculty’s and student’s lives. Likewise, Michael had a deep devotion to his family. His love for each family member was limitless and he made sure to not just tell them he loved them, Michael made it a constant practice to always show them. His love for life, his family, his career and baseball will be the legacy that each person who knew him will treasure forever. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Hardman, and step-father Gary Hendley. Michael is survived by his children: Andrew and Aaron Hardman; mother, Denise Hendley; brothers, Timothy Hardman and wife Jory, Drew Hardman and wife Melody as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss Michael dearly.
