Faculty from the Forney ISD elementary and secondary campuses south of U. S. 80 gathered Tuesday morning in the auditorium at Forney High School for the general session of a district-wide staff development day that was on the calendar for Feb. 17. The purpose of the general session was to provide a look back at the recent past in Forney education, followed by a vision of what Forney ISD will be doing to prepare today’s students for the future.
