Jackrabbit golf teams perform well in season-opening tournaments

Recently, the Forney Jackrabbit men’s and women’s varsity golf teams played very well in their respective season opening tournaments. On Thursday, September 24, the Forney Lady Rabbits started their fall season at the Fire Wheel Old Course in Garland, Texas. Overall, the Lady Rabbits finished 4th as a team at the tournament. The Forney varsity women’s team on this day consisted of Madison Horton, senior Alyssa Najera, junior Madison Moore, junior Miranda Coronado, junior Kayte Isbell, sophomore Mackenzie Jones, sophomore Laura Arnold, and sophomore Emma Ellington.
