Area champions! Lady Falcons sweep The Colony

PLANO—In a matchup between two Dallas Morning News Area=ranked teams, the North Forney Lady Falcons swept The Colony High School Lady Cougars in two straight games by counts of 8-5 and 3-1 to win their Area round playoff series. This is the 2nd straight season that North Forney has knocked The Colony High School out of the softball playoffs.
