Billy Ray Vail

Billy Ray Vail, 55, of Forney, TX passed away on January 21, 2016 at home. He was born to Winford Vail and Ruthie Mae Vail on December 8, 1960 in Dallas, TX. Billy Ray loved his family and even worked with his brother for many years. Those who preceded him in death are his parents and his baby sister. Those left to cherish his memories are his bothers: Andy Vail of Forney, TX, Ira B. Vail of Jonesboro, AR and Lloyd Vail from Jonesboro, AR.; sisters Ella Mae Taylor of Jonesboro, AR and Della Ann Burnett of Mt. Vernon, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss him dearly. The family will celebrate the life of Billy Ray on Saturday, January 27, 2016, at 1:00 in the Circle C Cowboy Church in Mt. Pleasant, TX. There is be a visitation starting at 12:00pm on Saturday just before the service. Interment will follow at Union Hill Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.andersonclaytonterrell.com.
