Fourth-quarter scoring surge helps South Garland defeat Jackrabbits, 58-32

FORNEY(T ue sda y, February 17, 2015)—For three quarters, the Forney Jackrabbit men’s basketball team hung right with playoff-bound South Garland. Going into the 4th quarter, South Garland was only ahead by five points at 33-28. But during that 4th quarter, South Garland out-scored Forney 25-4 to ultimately win the game quite easily by a count of 58-32. With the win, South Garland improves to 9-5 in District 12-5A play. Forney finishes its season at 13-16 overall and 4-10 in District action.
