Lady Falcons win exciting game over Creekview, 57-50

FORNEY (Tuesday, February 4, 2014)—On Senior Night, the North Forney Lady Falcons basketball team won an exciting and important game over Carrollton Creekview by a count of 57-50. With the win, North Forney improves to 7-7 in District 10-4A play. And after Tuesday’s night’s season finale action, North Forney and Mesquite Poteet are tied for 4th place in the district. Since the two teams split their district games, they will play a tie breaking game for the 4th and final playoff spot on Friday, February 7 at Royse City High School. The game is set to tip off at 7:00 p. m. Note: West Mesquite beat Mesquite Poteet 64-36 on Tuesday night.
