HOPPIN’ AROUND

After weeks of househunting, a customer has found the home of his dreams. He sits down with the real estate salesperson and learns during the final negotiations for the home that he’s getting the best possible interest rate on the loan. He thinks about this a moment, then says, “You know, I think I’ll wait. My wife hasn’t given her OK to this yet, and, besides, I’m still not sure how I’ll pay off the loan, and I’m not really satisfied with your terms.”
