On Jan. 23, organizers unveiled the tentative schedule for Forney’s 140th birthday celebration. The tentative schedule was on the agenda of a Power 140 luncheon—the second meeting to take place involving all those interested in helping with the planned celebration and not just the steering committee. The luncheon took place at Forney’s Best Western Plus Christopher Inn & Suites beginning around 11:30 a. m.
