A moment long-awaited

Rob Sherwin, who was chosen from a field that began with 95 candidates, took the oath of office as Forney’s police chief in a ceremony Monday in the EOC room of the Forney Police Department.

 n a continuation of the ceremony, Chief Sherwin’s wife, Tamara, pinned on his chief’s badge, and his daughter, Carolyn, placed the epaulets on the collar of his uniform.
