Three Rights Make a Left

When our kids were young we took them on a lot of trips. One place we would frequent was Memphis, Tennessee. Our favorite place to eat there is Rendezvous Ribs near the Peabody Hotel. Another was a gumbo joint on Beale Street named Boogies. Often while Lori worked during the day, the kids and I would explore Mud Island where there is a scale replica of the entire length of the Mississippi River that is a hundred or so yards long. It starts at the headwaters in Minnesota and empties into the Gulf of Mexico. On Mud Island the Gulf is a big swimming pool.
