Forney City Council selects Jon Thatcher as new City Attorney

FORNEY, TX—The City of Forney is proud to announce the selection of Jon Thatcher as the City’s new City Attorney. On August 2, City Council voted to appoint Thatcher to the position. The vote was unanimous among all Council members who were present. Thatcher, who was interviewed on July 7 along with three other finalists, has nearly ten years of experience working with local governments.
