James Richard ‘Dick’ Neal to reach century mark Jan. 19

James Richard “Dick” Neal will turn 100 years of age on January 19, 2016. He was born January 19, 1916. He was born in Forney and has lived his whole life here with the exception of the years he served in the Army Air Force in World War II from March 1942 to November 1945.
