Cadet Claudia(Katie) Hawthorne, daughter of Wende and Joe Hawthorne of Forney, graduated May 28 from the U. S. Air Force Academy. A member of Squadron 27, Cadet Hawthorne majored in management, AFSC and graduated as a financial manager. Her first assignment is to Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
