Lady Rabbits win regional powerlifting team title

LONGVIEW—On Thursday, March 2, the Forney Lady Rabbit powerlifting team put together a dominating performance on their way to winning the Region III team title.

For the record, Forney had two first place finishes, two second place finishes, and three third place finishes at the Meet. It was a magical day/night for the Lady Rabbits.

Also, overall, Forney had four young ladies qualify for the State Meet The four State Meet qualifiers for Forney are as follows. Note: To qualify for the State Meet, a lifter must finish in the Top 2 of their weight class at the Regional Meet.
