FORNEY (December 10-12 2015)—With a dominating 76-55 victory over 6A North Mesquite, the North Forney men’s basketball team won the 5th annual Forney ISD Men’s Basketball Winter Classic Tournament. It should be noted that this is the first time that a Forney ISD team has won the tournament. Also, with an exciting 52-50 victory over Corsicana, the Forney Jackrabbit Boys Basketball Team finished 3rd at the tournament. So, it can be said that this was a very successful tournament for the Forney ISD Basketball Teams.
