A special birth

District attorneys from a five-county area of North Texas, including Kaufman County; a state senator; and a representative of the Texas Veterans Commission led the official dedication of the first regional veterans court in Texas in a ceremony Friday morning in the Rockwall County Courthouse. The ceremony marked the dedication of the North Texas Regional Veterans Court, which will meet on a rotating basis in Kaufman, Rockwall, Grayson, Collin and Fannin Counties.
