Water restrictions: Time to buckle down on use

During the City Council’s regular meeting Tuesday night, the Council approved and adopted a resolution amending the Stage 3 drought contingency plan which was adopted in August, 2011. The amendment will allow enforcement of amended water restrictions through the issuance of warnings, then citations, to violators.
