On Nov. 30, workers were erecting the City of Forney’s official Christmas tree in its traditional place on E. Main St. The tree will be lighted after sunset as a final touch to this coming Saturday’s Christmas on Main event, which will run from noon to 6:00 p m. in downtown Forney.
