Main St. Liberty 5K continues its successful run

The Forney FEDC-sponsored Main St. LIberty 5K was successful again this year. The annual event took place Saturday morning, May 2 in near-perfect weather. The registration table opened at 7:00 a. m. in front of City Hall.The Liberty 5K run, and its little sister, the 1-mile family fun run which preceded it, drew participants from Forney and surrounding communities.
