Two local Boy Scout troops coordinate efforts in 2014 Scouting for Food drive

County revenue raised as VLB land and home loans top $2.9 million for 2013

Forney Boy Scout Troops 339 and 1857 coordinated their efforts in the 2014 annual Scouting for Food event held on February 8, 2014. As a result, the Scouts collected 712 food items, which were donated to the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry located at St. Martin’s Catholic Church in Forney.
