The week I fell in love with the radio
Last week found me preaching at Canyon Lake outside New Braunfels, Texas. As I drove near the lake listening to the radio, I remembered a major milestone in my life. The week I discovered music. To be sure, I have always liked music, but that magic summer I discovered how much I really loved it. As I dove I went through all of the songs I remembered from that week so long ago. Later I had to go to the internet to check the billboard top 100 to make sure I wasn’t imagining how many terrific songs were on the radio that week and I had remembered correctly.
