Do something nice

I have to say that it is so good to be home in Forney, Texas after being away for most of the summer. That is in spite of the fact that I am sick with a nasty summer bug along with the rest of my household. If I sound Like I am complaining, I may be just a little but I am so grateful to be sick at home rather than thousands of miles away. However being confined to the couch in my living room has afforded me an opportunity to do something I don’t get to do often. Watch a lot of news, and, to be honest, Lori and I have been gone so long I actually forgot what channel Fox News is on. I have to tell you, the news is bad right now, ya’ll.
