A book is a man’s best friend—outside of a dog, that is

Groucho Marx once said: “Outside of a dog, a book is a man’s best friend.” Actually that is only half the quote but I will leave it there for now because I want to talk about how good it is to find a really good book. When I travel I especially love to read books as I am driving down the road. My wife Lori loves to read and my daughter Tabitha inherited that passion from us. However Tabi doesn’t think listening to a book counts as reading so it is with a clear conscience I continue with this article.
