Cruz has erred in pushing for school vouchers

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a column stating the reasons I believe Texas should not adopt a statefunded voucher system being touted by its supporters as “school choice.”
It appears that most Texas public school officials and public school teachers are opposed to any proposed voucher system, and I don’t think that opposition can be dismissed as simple bias.
