HOPPIN’ AROUND

Have you ever imagined what the world would be like if there were no United States—if the U.S.A. as we know it ceased to exist? I have tried to imagine that several times and, folks, it scares me.

I don’t expect our country to die, of course. You really can’t kill a nation. But a strong nation like ours can make so many mistakes that it stops being a world leader and eventually fades from the scene, like ancient Rome did.
