Downtown Business Association gets briefing on parking expansion plan

An official with Pacheco Koch, the engineering and planning firm which has been developing a plan to renovate and expand parking in Forney’s downtown area, gave a presentation and update at the beginning of Tuesday’s meeting of the Forney Downtown Business Association.
