Two children, car recovered in kidnapping, auto theft

On Saturday, November 7th, 2015, Forney police officers responded to a call in regards to a car being stolen from Chili’s Restaurant in Forney off U. S. Highway 80. The call came in around 7:30 p. m. The car was running and sitting outside the To-Go door of Chili’s and two small children were in the back seat of the vehicle when it was taken.
