Forney backs the blue

On Friday, Sept. 4, Forney became the focal point as Kaufman County residents observed “Back the Blue” Day in support of law enforcement. In the wake of a series of murders of law enforcement officers in a two-week period, “Back the Blue” events took place on several Forney school campuses, at the Forney Justice Center, and at the Precinct 2 subcourthouse.
