Rozell withdraws from Mayoral race in surprise move

In a surprise move at the close of Monday night’s “Meet the Candidates” night sponored by the Forney Downtown Business Association, Darren Rozell announced that he has withdrawn his name from the 2015
Mayoral election. Rozell, the sole incumbent in the Mayoral race, stepped forward just as DBA member Scott Gray, the moderator, was wrapping up the program at approximately 8:00 p. m.
