Dear Susan:
My son got himself involved with a drug addict. He thought he could save her and so he married her. For the past two years he has been dragged from pillar to post. My daughter-in-law won’t keep a job. She empties out the bank account, takes their only car (which my son brought into the marriage) and disappears for days on end.
