Renovated Bell Park dedicated

During a brief ceremony Tuesday afternoon, city officials and members of the Forney Park Board held a ribbon cutting to dedicate Bell Park, which has been renovated. The park has been cleaned up, and wider walkways and a decorative concrete apron now surrounds the water fountain. Small seasonal flower gardens have been placed near the gazebo.
