City introduces ‘In the Loop’ mobile request app for residents

FORNEY, TX—The City of Forney is excited to launch “In the Loop”, the official platform for residents to access their government in a single location. With this new tool, residents can submit, track, and view nearby service requests through their smartphones and online. Residents may also use the in-app widgets to find information about events, City services, new resident information, how to connect with the City through social media, and much more.
