Forney student wins 5th District Congressional art competition

ASHINGTON –Today, Emma Sumrow of Forney was recognized at the United States Capitol for winning this year’s 5th District of Texas Congressional Art Competition. Emma attends North Forney High School and won for her acrylic painting which she said was inspired by an East Texas gator farm she recently visited.
