Forney Lions Club invites participation in 32014 Unity Bowl Parade

The Forney Lions Club is proud to sponsor the 2014 Forney Community Parade and we want you to be a part of this annual event. This year the parade will be on Saturday, November 1 beginning at 10:00 a. m. The parade will begin promptly at 10:00 a. m. in the parking lot of Jackrabbit Stadium located at 811 South Bois d’Arc. The parade route will leave the parking lot and proceed down Bois d’Arc. Once downtown the parade will turn right on Main Street, continue on to Holly Leaf, and end it the parking lot of First Baptist Church. The route has changed from previous years but we believe it will alleviate the traffic jams when the parade is over.
