Once Valentine’s Day has passed, Girl Scouts in the U. S. turn to another kind of observance—a day in which they consider their relationship with sister Girl Scouts and Girl Guides throughout the world. World Thinking Day is the annual Girl Scout/Girl Guide celebration of international friendship, and it takes place every Feb. 22.
