FFD collects over 450 toys during charity event

City of Forney On December 12, the Forney Fire Department collected over 450 toys from both North Forney and Forney High school. The collection was part of the “Toys for Forney Kids” event that each school participated in from December 1 through 11, sponsored by the Forney ISD JROTC program. The “Toys for Forney Kids” event culminated in a charity flag football game on December 13 at North Forney High School when the Forney Fire Department battled for bragging rights against the Forney Public Works staff.
