This week was incredible. Over the last several years it has taken a great deal of restraint to avoid talking about politics in my column. After the events the events of Tuesday, I would ask for your indulgence. For a couple of weeks, my work brings me to South Texas. I preached last Sunday at Canyon Lake and Sunday night at Seguin. So I got to go to Floresville where I grew up and see my family.
