Ken Leonard sent in his mail-in ballot too late to vote in four states at once by voting while standing at “Four Corners,” where the boundaries of four Western states come together.

Three Rights Make a Left

A brand-new item on my bucket list
By KEN LEONARD.

This year I knew I would be out of town for the election and even during all of early voting, so I had to plan ahead a little to vote. I looked at my schedule to decide where I would be so I could have a ballot by mail sent to me on the road. Last Sunday, I preached on the Navajo Reservation in a town called Kayenta, Arizona on Sunday morning, then I drove to Cortez, Colorado, a couple of hours away and I preached there Sunday night. I had been invited to spend the night at the home of Jim and Betty Beaver in Cortez so I had my mail-in ballot sent to their house in Cortez.
