Three Rights Make a Left

It was the early 80s. I was a young man with the best part of my life ahead of me. I had moved to Forney with my bride of just a few years and our three kids were just a dream. I was in the air conditioning business and the State of Texas had passed a requirement that sir conditioning contractors be licensed. So I scheduled to take the Class “A” Air Conditioning exam in Austin. I studied hard, very hard and I was ready. I booked a hotel in Austin so I would be rested to take the long exam. When I showed up at the place it was supposed to be, nobody was there.
