Make no mistake about it–Forney was diminished Tuesday with the passing of a very big personality: Tony Jackson. Tony died unexpectedly early Tuesday morning. Everybody liked Tony. His fans included the countless students he taught; his colleagues in Forney ISD; and loads of friends and acquaintances. Judy and I counted Tony as a friend we’d known for at least 20 years. Tony put his Christianity before anything else.
