The day most taxpayers dread is almost here. By Friday, April 15, you will have to have sent your 2015 tax return to the IRS or face a hefty late penalty—that is, unless you filed for an extension. Facing the annual tax deadline is bad enough. But if you read the front page of Monday’s Dallas Morning News, you should be hopping mad.
